505.99 PENALTY.

   (a)    Whoever violates any provision of Chapter 505 for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense.

   (b)    When any person is found guilty of violating any provision of Chapter 505 on a second or subsequent offense, and no other penalty is otherwise provided, for a second subsequent offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
