1525.08 RECORDKEEPING.

   A record of periodic inspections, tests, servicing and other operations and maintenance for fire protection systems shall be maintained on the premises for not less than three (3) years. Records shall be made available for inspection by the Fire Code Official, and a copy of the records shall be provided to the Fire Code Official upon request.

   Service providers who inspect, test and maintain fire protection system must be licensed by the Ohio Fire Marshal's office and register as a contractor with the City of Mansfield. All compliant and non-compliant test reports are required to be sent to the Fire Code Official in the prescribed form and format adopted by the Mansfield Fire Department.
