751.10 PHOTOGRAPHS REQUIRED.

Every applicant for a Taxicab drivers license under the provisions of this Chapter shall submit with their application two unmounted unretouched photographs for the purpose of issuing a photo identification card pursuant to Section 751.14 of this Chapter. Said photographs must be passport sized so as to be easily attached to an identification card. Once the photo is attached to the card it may not be removed.
