1355.06 BOND FOR EXPENSE TO CITY.
   Before a permit to move a structure or building is issued, a cash bond of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) shall be deposited with the City to cover any minor damage to City or private property or additional fees incurred during the move. If such damage or fees exceed two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500), the permittee shall be fully liable for same. Such cash bond is to be deposited with the Director of Finance. Any unused portion of such cash bond shall be released when the permittee has complied with all of the provisions of this chapter.
