1355.03 INSURANCE REQUIRED FOR TRAVERSING PUBLIC GROUND.
Before any permit for moving any structure or building across any sidewalk, street, highway or public place within the City limits shall be issued, the applicant or his agent shall furnish an insurance policy, in an amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for injury or death to one person, three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for injury or death to more than one person and one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) property damage. The insurance policy shall provide that the City be named as insured and further that the applicant and his insurer shall hold the City harmless against any liabilities, judgments, damages, costs and expenses which may in any wise accrue or arise against the City in consequence of the granting of such a permit or the performance of any work pursuant thereto.
