1355.01 PERMIT AND FEE REQUIRED.

   When any person desires to move any structure or building across any sidewalk, street, highway or public place within the City limits, he shall apply to the Bureau of Buildings, Inspections, Licenses and Permits for a permit for that purpose, and, before the same is issued, shall pay a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00). There shall be no fee for moving a structure from one location to another when no public ground is traversed .
