1335.99 PENALTY.

   (a)    Each day of any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as a separate offense.

   (b)    In addition to any other penalties provided for violations of the provisions of this chapter the Bureau of Buildings, Inspections, Licenses and Permits shall have the right to revoke any contractor's license or any license or permit issued under this chapter in accordance with the provisions of Section 1301.19. Appeal and review of such revocation or suspension shall be in accordance with Section 1301.20 et seq.

   (c)    Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor or the first degree.
