1321.04 MAINTENANCE AND USE.

No person shall maintain, occupy or use a building or structure, or part thereof, that has been erected or altered in violation of the provisions of the Dwelling House Code, and no building or structure shall be occupied unless it is in a safe and habitable condition as prescribed in this Code. (Ord. 78-319. Passed 7-18-78.)
