1303.02 CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.

No person shall in the City engage in the occupation of plumbing until he has obtained a certificate of competency to do so from the Board of Health. No person shall engage in the business of plumbing as a master plumber, nor shall any person expose a sign of plumbing or any advertisement pertaining thereto unless first having been duly certified in accordance with the provisions herein set out.
