1175.10 PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ACCESS REQUIREMENTS.

Every dwelling shall be located on a lot having frontage on a public or private street. In all new developments, public and private streets shall be in accordance with the minimum improvement standards set forth in the Subdivision Regulations.
