1161.06 REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION.

Within thirty days from the receipt of the proposed amendment, the Planning Commission shall transmit its recommendation to Council. The Commission may recommend that the amendment be granted as requested; it may recommend a modification of the amendment requested; or it may recommend that the amendment be denied. The report of the Commission shall be on file with the Clerk of Council for not less than thirty days prior to the date of the public hearing.
