1125.06 ASSURANCE OF COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS.

The developer shall submit to the Staff, satisfactory proof that the conditions herein stipulated will be conformed to. If required by the Planning Commission, a performance bond for the estimated amount of the construction cost shall be deposited with an authorized officer of the City or County, conditioned on the faithful performance of the requirements herein stated or referred to herein.
