1125.05 COSTS OF IMPROVEMENTS.

The entire cost of preparing drawings and specifications, including engineering, supervisions and overhead together with inspection of construction, shall be borne by the developer. If required by the Staff, the estimated cost of such work shall be deposited as the Staff may direct prior to approval of the subdivision plat.
