985.09 ERECTION OF STRUCTURES CONTROLLED.

   All leases shall provide that no lessee shall erect any building or facility until and unless detailed drawings or descriptions have been approved by the Director of Public Service and the proper authorities of the State. All future buildings and structures involving the coverage or storage of air conveyances shall be constructed in accordance with current standards of the National Fire Protection Association for the construction and protection of airplane hangars. All hangars designed for multi-occupancy shall be architecturally uniform and shall not be less than 100 feet by 100 feet in floor area. All such buildings and facilities shall have available and in usable condition suitable first-aid fire extinguishing equipment in accordance with the recommendations of the National Fire Protection Association. Lessees shall maintain their facilities in~such a manner as to prevent, insofar as practical, fire and safety hazards.
