985.07 DUTIES OF LICENSEE.

   All leases hereafter authorized by Council, permitting or requiring the erection or construction of facilities by the lessee, shall provide that the lessee shall at all times maintain its facilities in good condition and in keeping with the general condition of the other Airport facilities and with generally accepted proper maintenance. The -Service Director, upon determining that any facilities are not being properly maintained, shall send a written notice by registered mail to the lessee, giving such lessee thirty days' notice, advising of the condition and the requirements for the correction thereof; if, at the end of such thirty-day period, the lessee has failed to correct the condition or explain the failure to the satisfaction of the Service Director, the Service Director then shall cancel the lease. In the event of any such cancellation, the lessee shall have the right to remove its property from the Airport providing the premises are restored to as good condition as they were when the lessee went into possession.
