977.05 UNSAFE STREETS AND ENTRANCES.

(a) No owner, occupant or person having control of any premises within the City shall deposit, or permit to remain, upon any sidewalk or entranceway to any building, structure or premises, any combustible trash, refuse or garbage, or any waste material, glass, grass clippings, leaves or other articles which may do injury to any person, animal or property, or any material which may be harmful to the pavement thereof.

(b) No owner, occupant or person of any premises within the City, shall deposit or cause such combustible trash, refuse, garbage, waste material, glass, grass clippings, leaves, articles or material to be deposited or swept onto a street or gutter.
