949.03 ENFORCEMENT.

The Service Director shall enforce the provisions of this chapter. He is authorized to establish and enforce suitable regulations to provide for the regular patrol and inspection of the area affected thereby and to work out necessary liaison procedures with sanitarians and any other County authorities concerned.
