945.04 NEW WELLS PROHIBITED.

   When a City water line is available within 100 feet of a lot or parcel boundary no person shall construct any building or structure upon, or to devote to a use, such lot or parcel of land within the City whose designed, planned or intended use will require potable water unless such lot or parcel of land is tapped into the City water supply system.
