945.03 CONSTRUCTION REGULATIONS.

No person shall dig, drill, construct, install, alter or extend a water well for any purpose whatsoever within the City which is dug, drilled, constructed, installed, altered or extended contrary to the statutes of Ohio, the regulations of the Ohio Department of Health and the regulations of the City or General Health Districts as the same may be in effect and applicable thereto from time to time. (Ord. 69-303. Passed 7-15-69.)
