945.01 REGISTRATION OF WATER WELLS.

   The owner or occupant of every lot or parcel of land within the City upon which is situated a water well devoted to any purpose whatsoever shall register such well with the Bureau of Buildings, Inspections, Licenses and Permits upon a form to be provided by the Bureau. Such registration shall be made within six months after the effective date of this section, or within three months after annexation of such lot or parcel of land to the City, whichever is later.
