919.04 REFUSAL TO AFFIX NUMBER OR DIRECTORY.

   When any owner or lessee shall refuse or neglect to comply with the provisions of Section 919.01 or 919.03, the Bureau of Buildings, Inspections, Licenses and Permits shall immediately have affixed to the building the number or directory required by and in compliance with the provisions of Sections 919.01 and 919.03, and the cost therefor shall be paid by the owner or lessee of the building on which the same was placed.
