901.10 CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT STREETSCAPE REPAIRS.

   All streets, sidewalks and other improvements constructed, erected or installed in the Central Business District Streetscape Project, which area is bounded by Second Street, Mulberry Street, Fourth Street and Diamond Street, shall be repaired, replaced, restored and reconstructed with the same type and quality of materials as was used for the original construction following excavation work or any other work, which disturbs or requires opening the street and/or sidewalk. Line, grade and cross-section of such repair and reconstruction shall be as established by the original project specifications. Damaged trees, planters, lights etc., shall be repaired or replaced as required by the Bureau of Buildings, Inspections, Licenses and Permits.
