901.01 DUTY OF PROPERTY OWNERS WHEN IMPROVEMENTS ORDERED.

   After Council has ordered the improvement of any street the Department of Public Service shall notify each person owning property on such street to make all house connections or to carry all single service pipes from any main or lateral pipe, for water, sewerage, gas or drainage, to the curb line of such street contiguous to every lot abutting such street. Every property owner shall, within thirty days after the service of the notice provided herein, make such house connections, or shall carry service pipe from the main or lateral line to the curb line.
