763.17 RESPONDING TO THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT.
No person, firm, corporation, or other entity shall respond to the scene of an accident, vehicle breakdown or other disabled vehicle for the purpose of soliciting business, or service for compensation of any kind whatsoever unless either summoned by a person having a direct interest in the vehicle or vehicles involved or dispatched thereto as provided in the rules and regulations promulgated by the Service-Safety Director pursuant to Section 763.18.
