763.06 ASSIGNMENT OR TRANSFERS OF LICENSES.

(a) No license issued for any towing business under the provisions of this chapter shall be assigned or transferred to any other business or truck without the approval of the Service-Safety Director.

(b) No license issued to any tow truck operator under the provisions of this chapter shall be assigned or transferred to any other person.
