763.05 EXPIRATION OF LICENSE.

(a) All licenses issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall expire on the last day of December following issuance, unless revoked by the Service-Safety Director.

(b) The unused portion of any fee collected for a currently existing license shall be credited toward the purchase of any new license required under this chapter. Such credit shall be computed on the basis of the number of entire quarters remaining in the term of the existing license, which shall expire hereunder.
