739.04 PLACES OPEN TO INSPECTION.

Places of public entertainment shall be open to official inspection by the Board of Health, the Bureau of Building Inspections, Licenses and Permits and members of the Police and Fire Divisions at all times, and all laws, ordinances and regulations shall be strictly observed by the owner or operator of such business at all times.
