739.03 SCHEDULE OF ESTABLISHED PRICES.

A schedule showing the complete scale of established prices shall be posted in a conspicuous place in view of persons at the ticket window or other place where tickets are on sale. No person shall sell any ticket at a price in excess of the established price appearing on such schedule. (1954 Code Sec. 66.6)
