739.01 DEFINITIONS.

(a) "Place of public entertainment" means every theater, moving picture theater, drive-in theater, concert hall, auditorium, stadium, ball park, dance hall, dance pavilion or other building or place of entertainment charging a fee for admission and for which a license is not required elsewhere in this Business Regulation Code.

(b) "Video booth" means an enclosure or area in which a film or videotape or reproduction viewing service or device is available for the use or entertainment of not more than five persons patronizing the place of business where such booth is located.
