703.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense. On each subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If a violation of this chapter either caused or threatened serious physical harm to persons or property, it shall be a misdemeanor of the first degree.
