   703.05 COMPLIANCE STANDARDS FOR LICENSEE.
   Each licensee shall at all times comply with the following:
   (a)   The standards, requirements and regulations provided for by this chapter and the Ohio Medical Transportation Board.
   (b)   All applicable laws and ordinances relating to the provisions of emergency medical services or which control the treatment of persons suffering sudden illness, injury or being subject to communicable diseases (not applicable to non-emergency transport licensees).
