545.21 POSSESSION OF CITY PROPERTY.

(a) No person, without being duly authorized, shall have in his control or possession any equipment, tools, implements or other property belonging to the City.

(1970 Code §86.16)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
