517.15 VISITING GAMBLING PLACE.

(a) No person shall reside in, frequent or visit any room, building, arbor, booth, shed, tenement, or other establishment where any illegal gambling, which is defined and prohibited by Ohio R.C. Chapter 2915 or this chapter, is taking place, for the purpose of engaging in such illegal gambling activity.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
