377.01 DEFINITION.

As used in this chapter, “bike-way” means the entire right-of-way of the bike-way through the City of Mansfield owned and operated by the Richland County Park District constructed on the former CSX Transportation Company railroad right-of-way and known as the Richland B & O Trail.
