349.07 PROCEEDINGS AGAINST REGISTRATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE.
In addition to any other penalty otherwise provided by law, if a single non-criminal parking violation judgment is entered against a person for violating a disability parking regulation and the person has not paid the judgment or default judgment within ten days of the date of entry of the judgment, and if the judgment has not been dismissed or reversed on appeal or if three or more judgments or default judgments have been entered against a person pursuant to Section 349.05 and the person has not paid the judgments or default judgments within ten days of the date of entry of the third judgment, the Mansfield Parking Violations Bureau may give notice of that fact to the Registrar of Motor Vehicles and prohibit the person from registering a motor vehicle. The notice, if given, shall be given not earlier than sixteen days nor later than three years after the date of entry of the third judgment, and shall be in a form and manner, and contain such information, as the Registrar of Motor Vehicles prescribes. The provisions of Ohio R.C. 4521.10 shall govern the vehicular registration issuance.
