   349.06 PROCEEDINGS AGAINST OWNER WHO WAS NOT OPERATOR; RENTAL VEHICLES.
   Ohio R.C. 4521.09 shall govern proceedings against an owner who was not the operator of the vehicle and rental vehicles.
