   A.   Description Of Property: The external boundaries of the area to be annexed are described as:
A tract of land being Tract 4 of Certificate of Survey Number 2544, Tract A of Certificate of Survey Number 1385, and land described in Document ID Number 2218993, situated in the NE1/4 Section 9 and the W1/2NW1/4 Section 10, T1N, R3E, P.M.M., Gallatin County, Montana and being further described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Tract 2A of Certificate of Survey No. 2544, thence along the West line of Section 10 S00°07'56"E a distance of 138.96 feet to the Southwest corner of Tract 3 of Certificate of Survey Number 2544, thence along the South line of said Tract 3 S89°52'08"E a distance of 220.35 feet, thence along unplatted lands the three (3) following courses; 1) S09°07'54"E a distance of 735.55 feet, 2) S61°41'58"E a distance of 539.62 feet, 3) S89°56'33"E a distance of 522.54 feet, thence along the West line of the Amended Subdivision Plat of Block 71, Fabrick Addition, Milwaukee Avenue and Tract 5 of Certificate of Survey Number 1350, respectively, S00°04'48"E a distance of 395.60 feet, thence along unplatted lands the two (2) following courses; 1) N61°39'38"W a distance of 22.74 feet, 2) S00°04'48"E a distance of 436.97 feet to the Northeast corner of Tract 5 of Certificate of Survey Number 2544, thence along the North and West line of said Tract 5 N89°51'25"W a distance of 350.00 feet and S00°04'48"E a distance of 520.00 feet to a point on the East-west mid-section line of Section 10, a point in the center of Woodenshoe Lane, thence along said mid-section line and in and along the centerline of Woodenshoe Lane N89°51'25"W a distance of 266.06 feet to a point on the North right- of-way line of U.S. Interstate 90, thence along said right-of-way line the five (5) following courses; 1) Along a 4474.00 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 640.64 feet (Radial bearing N47°31'22"E), 2) N34°16'23"W a distance of 732.31 feet, 3) Along a 4694.00 foot radius curve to the left a distance of 1601.01 feet, 4) N41°54'34"W a distance of 175.54 feet, 5) N61°41'58"W a distance of 97.89 feet to the Southwest corner of Tract 1A of Certificate of Survey Number 2544, thence along said Tract 1A the two (2) following courses; 1) N89°32'01"E a distance of 704.66 feet, 2) N00°28'30"W a distance of 250.00 feet to a point on the South line of Section 4, thence along the South line of Section 4 and in and along the centerline of Poelman Lane N89°32'01"E a distance of 401.92 feet to the Northwest corner of Tract 2A of Certificate of Survey number 2544, thence along said Tract 2A the two (2) following courses; 1) S00°07'56"E a distance of 228.54 feet, 2) N89°32'01"E a distance of 315.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said tract being 61.218 Acres, along with and subject to any existing easements.
   B.   Extension Of Municipal Boundaries: The tract of land described above and adjoining the limits of the town of Manhattan, all of which land is located in the county of Gallatin, state of Montana, is hereby added to, taken into and made part of the town of Manhattan pursuant to Montana Code Annotated sections 7-2-4711 and 4712. The corporate limits and boundary lines of the town shall be expanded to include the above described real property, in addition to the previously recorded corporate limits on file and of record in the office of the clerk and recorder of Gallatin County, Montana.
