The following described real property is annexed to the Town subject to any and all existing easements:
A tract of land being two (2) acres adjacent to and East of the existing Taylor Park located in the SE1/4 of Section 10, Township 1 North, Range 4 East, Principal Meridian Montana, Gallatin County, Montana and being first duly described as follows:
At a point on the North line of said SE1/4 of Section 10, which bears South 89'49'43" East, a distance of 409.78 feet from the center one-quarter corner of said Section 10. Thence South 89'49'43" East along the said North line of the SE1/4 of Section 10, a distance of 1242.82 feet to the point of beginning. Thence South 89'49'43" East along the said North line of the SE1/4 of Section 10, a distance of 295.16 feet. Thence South 00'12'48" West, a distance of 295.16 feet. Thence North 89'49'43" West, a distance of 295.16 feet. Thence North 00'12'48" East, a distance of 295.16 feet to the point of beginning. Said tract of land being 2 acres along with and subject to any existing easements.
