The following tract of land is hereby annexed into the corporate limits of the Town:
A tract of land located within the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 1 North, Range 3 East, of the Principal Meridian of Montana, Gallatin County, Montana, and being further described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Block 10, Clinton Addition to the Town of Manhattan, Montana. Thence North 88°55'32" West, a distance of 60.02 feet. Thence North 00°16'38" West, a distance of 194.92 feet to the Southeast corner of Block 6, Clinton Addition to the Town of Manhattan. Thence South 89°01'31" East along the south right-of-way line of Cedar Street, a distance of 60.01 feet. Thence South 00°16'38" East along the west line of Lot 12, Block 9, of said Clinton Addition, and the west right-of-way line of Yellowstone Avenue, a distance of 195.02 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said tract of land being 11,698 square feet (0.2685 acres).
