§ 152.034 INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR FINAL APPROVAL OF THE PRELIMINARY PLAT.

   The following information shall be submitted to the Planning Commission for final approval of the preliminary plat:

   (A)   The proprietor shall provide the following information:

      (1)   A list of all county and state authorities required by the Subdivision Control Act to approve the preliminary plat, certifying that each authority has approved the preliminary plat.

      (2)   One approved copy of the preliminary plat from each county and state authority required by the Subdivision Control Act to approve the preliminary plat.

      (3)   Copy of receipt from the Village Treasurer that all fees required under this chapter have been paid.

      (4)   Certificate of approval as set forth in § 152.133(D), and construction schedules.

   (B)   The Village Engineer shall file a report with the Planning Commission indicating his or her approval or rejection of the preliminary plat. The Village Engineer shall obtain the views and comments of the Fire Chief, Police Chief and Village Administrator in preparing his or her report.
