(A) The permittee must carry insurance on all vehicles operating under the permit whether or not owned by him or her. Insurance limits shall be set by Council resolution.
(B) A certificate from the insurance carrier stating the coverage, policy numbers, and expiration date, and the like, shall be filed with the Village of Manchester and shall contain a clause requiring at least 10-days’ notice to the Village of Manchester prior to cancellation of the policy by the insurance company.
