(A) Bonds. Bond amounts shall be set by Council resolution.
(B) Deposits. A deposit shall be check, payable to the Village of Manchester. The deposit, minus any unpaid charges, will be refunded at the expiration of the permit. The amount of the deposit will normally be 10% of the bond amount. This may be increased because of a poor experience factor. Experience factors shall be defined in terms of citizenry complaints and/or police involvement. It may also be reduced as part of an agreement covering the upgrading of the haul route. A portion of the deposit may be utilized for repairs by the Village of Manchester.
