§ 110.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, other than any fine against a licensee under § 110.081 above, who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine in a sum of not less than $150 or more than $750 for each violation.
   (B)   Each day that any like violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (C)   For §§ 110.060, 110.075, 110.077 and 110.078 fines, see § 35.01.
