In lieu of or in addition to any suspension, the Local Liquor Control Commissioner shall have the additional power and authority to:
(A) Impose a fine upon a licensee of not less than $150 nor more than $2,000 for each violation, with each day on which a violation continues constituting a separate violation; and/or
(B) Require a licensee and any of the licensee’s managers, employees or agents who sell or serve alcoholic liquor to complete a state certified or otherwise approved education and training program for any sellers and servers.
