§ 110.060 LOCATION AND HOURS OF SERVICE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to bring upon, possess or consume alcoholic liquor in any restaurant, eating place, parking lot of a commercial establishment, or in or about a commercial establishment inviting the public, or club used by members and guests, upon its premises or permitting public patronage without the commercial establishment or premises having a valid village liquor license under this chapter.
   (B)   Except for any Class P licensee, it shall be unlawful and a violation of this section for any licensee or permittee under this chapter to sell, offer for sale, deliver or transfer at retail any alcoholic liquor during the following hours:
      (1)   Between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any Monday through Saturday, inclusive; and
      (2)   Between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on any Sunday.
      (3)   Exception: On January 1 of each year, between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any Monday through Saturday, inclusive and between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on any Sunday.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful and a violation of this section for any Class P licensee under this chapter to sell, offer for sale, deliver or transfer at retail any alcoholic liquor during the following hours: between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any Monday through Sunday, inclusive; except for on January 1 of each year, between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any Monday through Sunday, inclusive.
   (D)   Subject to division (C) above, it shall be unlawful and a violation of this section for any licensee or permittee under this chapter to keep open for business, to admit the public to or to permit the public to remain within any licensed or permitted premises or area under this chapter between the hours of 1:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any day other than January 1 of each year and between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any January 1 of each year.
   (E)   In the case of any grocery store, drug store, food mart, gas station, hotel, bowling alley or restaurant which has been issued a liquor license under this chapter, any establishment may be kept open for business between the hours prohibited in division (D) above but no alcoholic liquor may be sold, offered for sale or consumed during any such hours.
