§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any violation of any provision of §§ 93.01, 93.02 and 93.04 shall be punished by a fine not less than $75, nor more than $750 for each violation.
      (2)   For § 93.03, see § 35.01 regarding fines.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 93.15 through 93.20 shall be fined not less than $1 nor more than $500 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the nuisance continues unabated after ten days from receipt of notice.
   (D)   For § 93.36, see § 35.01 regarding fines.
   (E)   Any violation of any provision of §§ 93.55 through 93.58 shall be punished by a fine not less than $100, nor more than $750 for each violation. Any day on which any violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
   (F)   Any person violating §§ 93.70 through 93.76 shall be punished by a fine not less than $100 nor more than $750. Any day on which any violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
