§ 93.37 HAZARDOUS DILAPIDATED MOTOR VEHICLES.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to leave unattended any hazardous dilapidated motor vehicles in public view except for private businesses involved in junking or vehicle repair.

(B) Hazardous dilapidated motor vehicles that are unattended may be towed and impounded immediately after a reasonable attempt has been made to have the vehicle removed.
