§ 91.15 GENERAL PROVISIONS.
   (A)   All lots, buildings and structures in the village shall be numbered in accordance with an official address map approved by the Board of Trustees and on file with the Village Clerk.
   (B)   The Village Engineer and Village Administrator are hereby designated as the persons responsible for determining the official street number for each lot and building and shall cause the number to be entered on the official map, which shall be open to inspection by any interested person.
   (C)   The owners or occupants of every building, house or residence in the village shall publicly display in a place visible from the street, other than on the mail box, in figures at least two and one-half inches high and no more than six inches high, an address sign indicating the official number of the building, house or residence.
   (D)   Any person failing to properly number any building, house or residence used or occupied by him or her shall be deemed to be in violation of this section, if the failure continues for a period of ten days after receiving notice from the Village Clerk indicating noncompliance with this section.
   (E)   All builders shall display the official lot number and street address during building construction.
