§ 91.02 WEIGHT LIMITS ON VILLAGE STREETS.
   (A)   Prohibition. It shall be unlawful to drive on any street any motor vehicle with a weight, including load, in excess of 12,000 pounds.
   (B)   Exemption. Those vehicles 12,000 pounds and over making pickups or deliveries to or from locations on posted village streets may travel upon village streets, provided that:
      (1)   The shortest, most accessible route is used; and
      (2)   The drive presents evidence of load pickup and destination.
