(B) Whoever violates § 73.01 and having been found guilty of a misdemeanor, shall be fined not less than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than five dollars ($5.00).

(C) Whoever violates § 73.02 shall be fined in the sum of five dollars ($5.00).

(D) The penalty for violation of § 73.05 shall be a fine of not less than five dollars ($5.00), nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) per occurrence.
